Preeclampsia and related disorders such as HELLP syndrome and eclampsia are most often characterized by a rapid rise in blood pressure that can lead to seizure, stroke, multiple organ failure and death of the mother and/or baby." -Preeclampsia Foundation

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Cleveland site of the Promise Walk for Preeclampsia. We are survivors of the hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. There is no known cause or cure for preeclampsia. We need your help to change that! Please help us reach our community with life saving information. One in 12 pregnant women will be diagnosed with preeclampsia. Help us spread awareness of the signs and symptoms and save mothers and babies!
Thank you to our generous sponsors!
